With comfort the priority, we began developing the Joule Bib Shorts with a focus on the chamois. Their central comfort point is the highly breathable 4D MEMO PAD, which is barely noticeable while riding, but provides sustained comfort for up to 8 hours. The pad is anatomically shaped and comprised of differential protective structures of high density memory foam. It molds to your body shape and offers support, protection and cushioning to all areas subjected to pressure and vibrations.
The Joule Bib Shorts are constructed from 100% recycled fabric, with superb wicking capability, excellent breathability and high stretch; offering compression to the leg muscles to improve performance.
Laser cut bib straps keep the shorts in position throughout your ride and comfortably match the contours of your body; with additional support from super lightweight breathable mesh on the back. Laser cut elasticated grippers on the lower leg keep the shorts in position.
The Joule Bib Shorts are designed to be skin tight, lightweight and protective, so that in essence, the rider knows they are there, but forgets they are wearing them.
RECYCLED PLASTIC BOTTLES
The Joule Bib Shorts are created from a combination of high performance recycled nylon, recycled elastane and recycled polyester. Recycled nylon/elastane comes from reconverted waste or residue resulting from manufacturing processes. Recycled polyester comes from recycled plastic bottles using a certified and traceable recycling process.
4D MEMO PAD
Anatomically shaped and made from high density memory foam, for endurance rides up to 8 hours long. The 4D MEMO PAD molds to your body shape and offers support, protection and cushioning to all areas subjected to pressure and vibrations. Thanks to its particular structure, it enables comfort, exceptional lightness and breathability, without a bulky feeling.
